The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) was set up under Telecom Regulation Law No. 10/2003. It serves as the national body responsible for overseeing and managing the telecommunications sector.
Once the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) approves products with radio technologies, they are permanently approved for the Egyptian market. This eliminates the need for local testing or the involvement of a local representative with the authority.
